This will be a quick post. I want to give you some tools for your no-box.
Time is finite. Your energy is precious.
Start to decide on purpose what you will do and what you won't do.
When someone asks you to do something and you can't muster any good feelings about it, you can say no.
Here are some ways you can do that:
"No thank you."
"That doesn't work with my schedule."
"I have other plans." (Your plans may be to eat ice cream and binge watch your favorite show.)
"I can't do xyz but I am available to do abc"
"No, but I hope it works out well for you."
You are an important choice in your life. Make yourself a priority.
